With aspect ratio enabled, height is calculated proportionally. With the ratio disabled, width is limited independently and the original height is retained.
The fields are maximum bounds, not a crop size. Aspect ratio fitting may leave one dimension below its limit, and the tool never enlarges a smaller original.
No. There is no crop operation. Turning the ratio off may stretch the image; it does not select or remove part of the photo.
Each dimension input is capped at 12,000 pixels. Source images must fit the 24-megapixel limit, with 25 MB per file and 100 MB per queue. A memory-constrained device may still need smaller images.
