If an image will not convert

  1. Check that the file is JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC. Dedicated converters accept only their named input format.
  2. Try a smaller batch. Limits are 25 MB per file, 100 MB per queue, and 24 megapixels per image.
  3. For HEIC decoding errors, try exporting JPG from the original device. Some codecs are not supported.
  4. Save your original, remove the failed file, and retry. Keep the page open until you have downloaded your results.

If downloads or previews are unavailable

Check browser download permissions and try a single-file download instead of a ZIP. A missing preview does not remove the original. Processing requires JavaScript and a browser with compatible image decoding and Canvas support.

Before reporting an issue

Note the tool URL, browser version, input format, file size, and exact error message. Avoid sharing sensitive images. Contact details will be added when a public support channel is available.
